Before starting any project, we draft a comprehensive set of project-related terms and conditions that are legally binding. We strongly believe in employing fair practices and maintaining complete transparency in our fee structure. We only proceed with a project after obtaining the client’s agreement to the scope of work and the project-related terms and conditions. This ensures that both parties are on the same page and there are no surprises down the line.

Refund Policy

Branding and Media believes in ethical business practices and processes refunds to clients when they are not satisfied with the deliverables or services despite our best efforts (provided the scope of work is not changed or amended by the client).

In case a project is started but the client decides not to proceed with marketing their business after a certain period of time, it’s important to note that any applicable taxes as well as project initiation fees will be deducted before processing the refund. This means that the refund amount may be lower than the initial payment.

It is imperative that clients send a written termination notice one month before they intend to discontinue services to initiate a refund. Once the notice is received, we will close the project, deliver all the necessary materials for the said period, and process the refund.

Refunds take between 7 to 30 working days to process after receiving the termination notice.
